Everyone has battles inside.
These are some of mine.
Not the heroic battles people write about in books.
Not the dramatic moments that change everything at once.
The smaller ones.
The quiet battles that happen on ordinary days.
The moment when starting something feels strangely difficult.
The feeling that turns into tears before it becomes anger.
The strange thought that maybe you have lost the ability to feel at all.
None of these battles make me special.
They simply make me human.
Over time I started to notice that many of these struggles are shared by more people than we think.
The hesitation before beginning something.
The emotions that show up in unexpected ways.
The quiet inner conflicts that rarely become visible to others.
This series is not about fixing those battles.
It is about noticing them.
Sometimes that is already enough to loosen their grip.
These are a few of the battles I have met inside myself.
Some battles make noise.
Some happen quietly inside the heart.
But each of them teaches me something about being human.
